Demography and population studies in Portugal: a bibliography

The Portuguese Association of Demography presents an online version of a bibliographical review intended to highlight the main titles and references relating to the area of Demography and Population Studies in Portugal.

This review was made by Maria Isabel Rodrigues Baptista, at the request of the APD. It is an enlarged version of another one printed, in paper form, in the special thematic issue of Análise Social devoted to Demography (*). This review is centred around 15 thematic areas. These areas are designed to provide a structure for the titles under review, in order to make it easier to locate references by theme and year of publication.

This bibliographical review is updated regularly with new titles and authors. For this reason, we ask all members and authors to inform the APD of any new references to works published in Portugal on Demography and Population Studies.
